Dr. Oz's Green Glucomannan (Shirataki) Drink
The soluble fiber in the Skinny Noodles makes you feel full without being bloated.
Adapted from Dr. Oz's Green Drink with Glucomannan

Dr Oz Green Glucomannan Drink with Shirataki NoodlesMakes 4 servings

Ingredients

1/2 package of Skinny Noodles Spaghetti or Angel Hair, rinsed and drained
2 C spinach
2 C cucumber
5-6 stalks celery
1 tsp ginger root
2 apples, cored
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 C filtered water or unsweetened apple juice for thinner consistency, if desired

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Refrigerate unused portion.


Per Serving: 64 calories, 0g fat, 16g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, 2g protein
