Easy Peanut Sauce

Easy Peanut Sauce with Skinny Noodles Shirataki
Makes 2 servings


1/2 C peanut butter*
2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 packet Stevia or sweetener of your choice
1 Tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos
4-5 Tbsp hot water (add more water for thinner sauce)
*Use reduced fat peanut butter to cut calories and fat

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Toss with stir-fried chicken, rinsed and drained Skinny Noodles, and veggies of choice.

Per Serving (sauce only, made with reduced fat peanut butter): 297 calories, 19g fat, 3g fiber, 21g carbohydrates, 15g protein
