1 7-8 oz package shirataki noodles
1 large carrot
1/2 medium cucumber
1/3 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Juice of 1 orange (scant 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp arrowroot starch
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 cup cashews, roughly chopped
Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Chili flakes, for garnish (optional)
Orange slices, for garnish (optional)
