Shirataki Sushi

Shirataki SushiMakes 4 servings of 3 sushi pieces each.

Ingredients

1 8 oz package Skinny Shirataki Noodles Spaghetti, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 large sheets seaweed, cut into 12 equal lengths
2 ½ C cooked white rice
1 Tbsp sushi vinegar



Cut Skinny Noodles Shirataki Spaghetti into 6 - 8 inch length and add sesame oil, sesame seed, salt, and lemon juice; mix well with the Skinny Noodles. Set aside. Mix sushi vinegar to the cooked rice. Divide rice into 12 servings and make oval shaped rice balls. Wrap each rice ball with seaweed strips, leaving about ¼ “ - ½ inch lip on top. Top each rice ball with the Skinny Noodles mixture. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. Makes 12 Shirataki Sushi.
