Garlic Pasta

A great alternative to rice! Try this garlic pasta as a side dish for your entrée. Not only is it very easy to prepare, it’s also a great way to cut the calories and carbs from your meal.

Skinny Garlic Pasta with Shirataki NoodlesMakes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 8 oz package Skinny Noodles Spinach Fettuccine, drained and rinsed thoroughly
3-5 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (if desired)

Sauté garlic in olive oil in a skillet on low heat until the garlic turns light brown. Add mushrooms, parsley and cook for 1 minute. Add Skinny Noodles Spinach Fettuccine and cook until warmed. Add salt and pepper. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
