since starting to count my calories i have been looking for low-calorie-high-volume food and these noodles are definitely on my repeat list. goes well with savory food as a side, but i’ve also had them with cinnamon/stevia/cottage cheese as a whole meal when running low on calories…

The auto shipment option makes it easy and helps me save money on these special noodles. The quality is great. Firm noodles that don't fall apart even after extended cooking such as in a casserole. Accepts whatever flavor you soak them in pretty much. Great for us that cannot do wheat or many of the alternative flours.
