Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious, satisfying smoothie with 4 grams of filling fiber as a quick, easy breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Skinny NoodlesMakes 2 large servings

Ingredients

1/2 8 oz package (or 4 oz) Skinny Noodles Spaghetti, rinsed and drained, set aside
1 C frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
6 oz plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 C nonfat milk or unsweetened almond milk
3 large ice cubes

Place all ingredients except Skinny Noodles in a blender. Start blending on low and gradually increase speed until well blended. Add Skinny Noodles and blend again for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
