Non-Dairy Strawberry Smoothie
Add fiber, bulk, and staying power to your favorite smoothie recipes with Skinny Shirataki Noodles without adding extra calories, fat, or carbs.

Ingredients
1/2 8 oz package (or 4 oz) Skinny Shirataki Noodles Spaghetti, rinsed and drained, set aside
1 C fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1/3 C water
4 large ice cubes
Sweeten to taste with 1 Tbsp honey or sugar substitute (we recommend Stevia)
Add strawberries and water to a blender and blend well. Add sweetener/honey and ice, blend again until ice is dissolved. Add well-drained Skinny Shirataki Noodles and blend well about 30
seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing and satisfying
smoothie.
