Returns: How do I return a Skinny Noodles item?

Before returning a Skinny Noodles brand item, you must contact customer service by email or telephone for authorization. 
We will not issue refunds unless the qualified returned products are accompanied by an authorization number issued in advance by Genki USA.

  • Unopened Skinny Noodles products may be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Genki USA does not offer free return shipping: Customer is responsible for the return shipping method and fees.
  • All returned products must be shipped with transportation costs prepaid.
  • We will not accept any returns if the return transportation costs are not prepaid.
  • Orders of $50 or more will have a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price if returned by customer.

When we receive qualified returned products with the assigned RA number, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 2 weeks – often much sooner.

Skinny Noodles Damaged or Missing Products: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if there are damaged or missing Skinny Noodles items.
Contact customer service by email or telephone.
Damage is defined as unfit to consume, missing from shipment, etc. Photos of the product damage and expiration date of the product(s) must be provided. If shipping box is damaged, photos of the box's damage AND its shipping label with barcode must be provided.

Cold Weather Advisory
Extremely cold weather (overnight temps below freezing) may cause packages of Skinny Noodles and Skinny Rice to burst, leak, or freeze during shipment/delivery. Genki USA does not guarantee, replace, or refund items damaged due to weather conditions. If you are expecting extreme weather and/or temperatures below freezing in your area, we recommend postponing your order until better weather and/or warmer temperatures are forecast. 

No Refunds on Returned Shipments
If you refuse any shipment due to change of mind, no refunds will be issued.
If any shipment is returned because the address is undeliverable or incorrect information was provided, no refunds will be issued. Please check your shipping address carefully to avoid possible problems and notify us immediately if you discover an error. Once orders ship, address corrections cannot be made and no refunds will be issued.

Smart Baking Product Policies

Smart Baking Shipping
Smart Baking products are shipped from a separate warehouse via USPS Priority Mail. Due to increased demand and the fact that these products are baked to order, please expect shipment within 7 business days from order date. If you order Smart Baking items along with Skinny Noodles items, they will ship out in two separate shipments.

Once Smart Baking items have shipped, sale is considered final (no returns or exchanges).

Smart Baking Shipments & P.O. Boxes
Smart Baking products are perishable items. Therefore, it is NOT recommended for the products to be sent to a P.O. Box. Packages sent to P.O. Boxes will be delivered at the risk of the customer.

Smart Baking Damaged Products
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if there is damage to Smart Baking items.
Damage is defined as unfit to consume, moldy, missing from shipment, etc. Photos of the damage and lot numbers of the products must be provided. Smart Baking lot numbers (usually 3 digits) can be found on the clear wrapper of each individual item near the seal.
