Good, fairly thick pasta. Strands tend to be quite long and a little hard to separate.

I have been searching for USA made rice noodles forever - I had an allergic reaction to some from Thailand, so I was overjoyed to find these. I had the ramen style in Tom Kha soup last night and they were delicious and have the perfect texture! Their customer service is top notch too
