Yaki-Soba with Skinny Noodles Ramen Style
Makes 1 serving


1 7 oz package Skinny Noodles Ramen Style
1 pouch Organic Miso Ramen Soup Base (comes with Skinny Ramen)

Olive Oil

Optional Ingredients

Green onions
Sliced cabbage
Bean sprouts
Tofu or diced cooked meat

Empty noodles into a colander, rinse with hot water, drain well. Blot with paper towel. Pan fry noodles in a non-stick pan on high heat to remove more moisture (1-2 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside. Reduce heat, drizzle pan with olive oil and lightly saute veggies, tofu, or diced cooked meat. Add the noodles back into the veggie mixture. Mix 1 tablespoon water to miso ramen soup base, pour over noodles/veggies and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
